This study presents a bioengineered assembloid (ASM) system combining glioblastoma (GBM) cells in oxidized alginate (OA) microgels with dorsal organoids (DOs). This model simulates brain tumor‐host interactions, revealing enhanced GBM invasion, altered gene expression, and aggressive infiltration patterns, demonstrating ASM as a valuable platform for ...

Alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma in a dog confirmed using myogenin immunohistochemistry: a case report
A large mass from the right forelimb of a five-year-old, male, Maltese dog, was resected surgically and examined histopathologically. Grossly, the 4 × 6 cm mass was well-demarcated and firm.

Spindle cell lipoma in the gingiva of a dog: a case report
Spindle cell lipoma is a benign lipomatous tumour that mainly occurs in the subcutis of the head, neck, and shoulder in elderly men. Oral spindle cell lipoma is extremely rare in all species, and no cases have been reported in veterinary medicine.

A migration‐permissive bioink composed of methacrylated collagen type I and thiolated hyaluronic acid enables 3D bioprinting of breast cancer‐stroma models. Single‐cell tracking reveals that adipose stromal cells enhance tumor cell motility and stromal invasion, accompanied by collagen remodeling, and a shift in tumor cell morphology.

MOMAST® Downregulates AQP3 Expression and Function in Human Colon Cells
The water channel AQP3 is an aquaglyceroporin expressed in villus epithelial cells, and it plays a role in water transport across human colonic surface cells. Beyond water, AQP3 can mediate glycerol and H2O2 transport. Abnormal expression and function of

This review examines how cellular behavior is regulated by mechanical cues transmitted through soft biomaterials, from single‐cell mechanosensing to tissue‐level adaptation. It highlights why physiological relevance, rather than model complexity alone, is critical for translational mechanobiology and introduces a scoring framework linking material ...

Immunofluorescence localization of vimentin. [PDF]
hPVECs (a-c) and VK2/E6E7 cells (d-f) did not express vimentin. Cytoplasmic localization of vimentin (green) is seen in HeLa cells (positive control) (g-i).
