CLEAN – Soil, Air, Water, Volume 53, Issue 12, December 2025.Grape stems offer dual valorization potential: as a tannin source for coagulant synthesis and as a precursor for activated carbon production. The process utilizes the residual biomass after tannin extraction, and adsorption tests demonstrate that this adsorbent is competitive with others reported in the literature.
