Comparison between Slow Freezing and Vitrification for Human Ovarian Tissue Cryopreservation and Xenotransplantation

open access: yesInternational Journal of Molecular Sciences, 2019
Two methods for the cryopreservation of human ovarian tissue were compared using a xenotransplantation model to establish a safe and effective cryopreservation method.

Mesenchymal Stem Cell‐Inspired Microneedle Platform for NIR‐responsive Immunomodulation and Accelerated Chronic Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The research demonstrates a Mesenchymal Stem Cell‐inspired microneedle platform (MSCi@MN) that addresses chronic diabetic wounds by combining MSC‐derived extracellular nanovesicles (NV)–DNA conjugates in microneedle tips with photothermal MXene in the patch layer.

Perbandingan Viabilitas Oosit Pascavitrifikasi pada Dua Tingkat Konsentrasi Sukrosa yang Berbeda

open access: yesMajalah Kedokteran Bandung, 2017

Potent Liver‐Tropic mRNA Lipid Nanoparticles: ApoE‐Mediated Delivery Through a Low‐Density Lipoprotein Receptor Independent Uptake Mechanism

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Helper and ionizable lipids play a crucial role in determining ApoE binding and subsequent liver tropism and LDLR‐mediated uptake. Ionizable lipids primarily govern the LDLR‐independent uptake pathway. This complementary interplay between lipid components ultimately governs LNP delivery performance and therapeutic efficacy in the liver.

Cryotop Vitrification as Compared to Conventional Slow Freezing for Human Embryos at the Cleavage Stage: Survival and Outcomes

open access: yesTaiwanese Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology, 2010
Objective: This study was conducted to compare the efficacy of cryotop vitrification of human cleavage-stage embryos to that of conventional slow freezing of these embryos with respect to survival.

TBK1 Induces the Formation of Optineurin Filaments That Condensate with Polyubiquitin and LC3 for Cargo Sequestration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Phosphorylation of Optineurin by TBK1 induces the formation of filaments that condensate upon binding to linear polyubiquitin. Membrane‐anchored LC3 partitions into these condensates, suggesting that phase separation of filamentous Optineurin with ubiquitylated cargo promotes the sequestration of cargo and its subsequent alignment with LC3‐positive ...

Dynamics and energetics of bubble growth in magmas: Analytical formulation and numerical modeling [PDF]

open access: yes, 1998
We have developed a model of diffusive and decompressive growth of a bubble in a finite region of melt which accounts for the energetics of volatile degassing and melt deformation as well as the interactions between magmatic system parameters such as ...

Molecular Dynamics Simulations of a Pressure-induced Glass Transition

open access: yes, 1994
We simulate the compression of a two-component Lennard-Jones liquid at a variety of constant temperatures using a molecular dynamics algorithm in an isobaric-isothermal ensemble. The viscosity of the liquid increases with pressure, undergoing a broadened

Combined effects of pressure and Ru substitution on BaFe2As2 [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
The ab-plane resistivity of Ba(Fe1-xRux)2As2 (x = 0.00, 0.09, 0.16, 0.21, and 0.28) was studied under nearly hydrostatic pressures, up to 7.4 GPa, in order to explore the T-P phase diagram and to compare the combined effects of iso-electronic Ru ...

cDC1 Subtype‐Specific In Vivo Targeting of Liposomes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dendritic cells, particularly the cDC1 subtype, offer a promising target for drug delivery via liposomes due to their pivotal role in immune regulation, allowing for amplified therapeutic responses. Herein, we show an integration of physicochemical characterization and cell experiments to achieve effective in vivo cDC1 targeting through anti‐CLEC9A ...
