Stimuli‐responsive strategies to achieve controlled release of protein‐based therapeutic agents into solid tumors. Proteins, enzymes, and peptides have long been recognized as valuable therapeutic agents, particularly in oncology. However, their complex chemical structures render them more sensitive than smaller chemotherapeutic drugs.

Single vertical profiles showing correlations between VLP and prokaryotic subpopulations.
(A) VLP 1 and VLP 2, (B) VLP 1 and LDNA at the sediment-water interface (r = 0.99, p < 0.0001); and (C) VLP 2 and HDNA 1, (D) LDNA and HDNA 1 at the air-water interface (r ≥ 0.97, p < 0.0001). Error bars represent 95% confidence intervals.

Abstract BACKGROUND Rabies continues to pose a major public health threat, causing approximately 59 000 deaths each year, especially in regions with limited resources where high costs restrict vaccine access. Safer and scalable vaccine platforms, such as virus‐like particles, are promising alternatives, but their production is highly sensitive to ...

E. faecalis is enriched in HCC tissue and can promote liver tumourigenesis by activating mTOR signalling pathway. Obg derived from E. faecalis extracellular vesicles (EVs) is a GTPase physically interacts with mTOR, and acts as an interkingdom activator of mTOR. EF‐Obg expression level in HCC tissue correlates with poor prognosis in HCC patients.

Identification and purification of affinity selected VLP displayed peptides.
(A) The sequence and structure of the AIP4 peptide. (B) 10 VLP clones were sequenced after three rounds of VLP affinity selection. Peptide inserts are shown and demonstrate little primary sequence homology to the native AIP4 peptide.

114 VLPs and particle vaccines
VLPs represent a powerful tool for vaccine development, representing the closest strategy to the native viruses for displaying and delivering conformational epitopes, with improved induction of antibodies and immune response in its whole. Moreover, the lack of genetic material makes VLPs the “safer counterpart” of live attenuated or killed viral ...

ABSTRACT Objective The stop‐jump task is a key movement in sports such as basketball and volleyball, with landing biomechanics closely linked to injury risk. Restricted ankle dorsiflexion (DF) alters lower‐extremity mechanics and increases the risk of lower‐limb joint injuries; however, its effects on the full stop‐jump cycle remain unclear. This study
