Sex differences in the prognostic role of achieving target doses of heart failure (HF) medications. In females TD of RASI/ARNI was less likely achieved and achieving TD of RASI/ARNI was not associated with lower mortality/morbidity as compared with lower dose, whereas in males increasing doses of RASI/ARNI were associated with lower mortality/morbidity.
