Microbial Biotechnology, Volume 18, Issue 12, December 2025.The impact of methanol concentration during induction on N‐ and O‐linked glycosylation profiles was studied in a glycoengineered Pichia pastoris strain. Higher methanol concentrations led to higher mannose glycans suggesting that this variable can be used to manipulate protein quality during bioprocessing.
