Movement Disorders in Aicardi–Goutières Syndrome and Response to Immunomodulation
Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT This study characterizes movement disorders and treatment responses in seven children with Aicardi–Goutières syndrome (AGS). We retrospectively evaluated motor phenotypes, neuroimaging, and interferon signatures in patients treated with baricitinib or anifrolumab. Spasticity affected all patients, while dystonia was present in 4/7.

Functional analysis of the orf390 gene of the White Spot Syndrome Virus
Virus Research, 2010 orf390 (WSSV449) is a novel apoptosis inhibitor gene in the genome of the White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV). In the present study, we focus on the function of orf390 gene. Stable expression of orf390 prevented SF9 insect cells from undergoing actinomycin D-induced apoptosis.
