, 2023 본 연구는 병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 간호사의 매우 민감한 사람, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 우울, 자아존중감, 가스라이팅과의 관계를 확인하고, 이러한 심리적 요인들이 가스라이팅에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하여 가스라이팅 대처방법 및 예방 교육을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 IRB승인일부터 2023년 4월 21일까지 전국에 소재하고 있는 병원에 근무하는 간호사 178명을 대상으로 편의 표출하였다.
