Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is characterized by recurrent upper‐airway collapse, which generates key nocturnal stressors including intermittent hypoxia, sleep fragmentation, intrathoracic pressure stress, and sympathetic activation. These physiological disturbances converge on shared biological mechanisms, including oxidative stress, inflammation ...

Nucleotide Metabolism in Health and Disease
Nucleotide metabolism, including de novo synthesis, salvage pathways, and catabolism, when dysregulated contributes to cancer, immune disorders, metabolic and urological diseases, and radiation injury. Metabolites such as adenosine, cGAMP, NAD, and cAMP and enzymes like RNR are promising therapeutic targets and biomarkers.

We developed a GalNAc‐conjugated siRNA targeting hepatic XDH, which effectively reduces uric acid production by silencing XDH expression, offering a promising therapeutic approach for hyperuricemia. ABSTRACT Hyperuricemia (HUA) is primarily driven by hepatic overproduction of urate, mediated by xanthine dehydrogenase (XDH).

ABSTRACT Physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling is increasingly used to predict infant exposure to medications via breast milk. Existing guidance on reporting of PBPK modeling analyses is unstructured and nonbinding to researchers. We evaluated reporting practices and modeling approaches in published PBPK modeling studies.
