Objective Steroid‐induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head (SONFH) is a refractory skeletal disorder influenced by genetic and environmental factors. However, conclusive pathogenic genetic evidence remains elusive due to the limited exploration of rare damaging variants. In this study, we aimed to identify rare variants associated with SONFH.

A probiotic spore‐based drug delivery system (BCS‐Que@ApNPs) provides excellent targeted delivery, bioresponsive drug release, and long‐term retention (over 48 h), making it suitable for oral treatment of inflammatory bowel disease and its associated anxiety and depression.

Raman Optical Activity as a Tool to Monitor Polynucleotide Conformation in Solutions

Raman optical activity (ROA) studies of nucleic acids have been hindered by limited computational tools to link the spectra to the structure. The study shows that accurate density functional simulations are possible for model nucleotides, bringing more information about molecular geometry and dynamics in solutions.
