Coupling of nanocrystal hexagonal array and two-dimensional metastable substrate boosts H2-production

open access: yesNature Communications, 2022
The construction of well-ordered nanoarrays, particularly invoking metastable material phases, remains a challenge. Here, authors prepared a well-ordered, rhodium nanoarray on two-dimensional, metastable rhodium oxide to enhance hydrogen evolution ...

Rhodium Doped Manganites : Ferromagnetism and Metallicity [PDF]

open access: yesJ. Appl. Phys 90, 1297 (2001), 2001
The possibility to induce ferromagnetism and insulator to metal transitions in small A site cation manganites Ln_{1-x}Ca_xMnO_3 by rhodium doping is shown for the first time. Colossal magnetoresistance (CMR) properties are evidenced for a large compositional range (0.35 \leq x < 0.60). The ability of rhodium to induce such properties is compared to the

Extraction spectrophotometric determination of rhodium(III) with o-methylphenyl thiourea

open access: yesJournal of Saudi Chemical Society, 2015
Trivalent rhodium was determined spectrophotometrically as its 1:2 rhodium o-methylphenyl thiourea (OMPT) complex, extracted into chloroform from aqueous acetate buffer media at pH 5.4.

Oxidation Behavior of Non-Modified and Rhodium- or Palladium-Modified Aluminide Coatings Deposited on CMSX-4 Superalloy

open access: yesMetals, 2018
Rhodium-modified as well as palladium-modified and non-modified aluminide coatings on CMSX-4 Ni-based superalloy were oxidized in air atmosphere at 1100 °C. Uncoated substrate of CMSX-4 superalloy was also oxidized.

Electronic phase diagram of NdFe1-xRhxAsO [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review B 81, 094506 (2010), 2010
We report on the electrical resistivity, thermoelectric power and electronic phase diagram of rhodium-doped NdFeAsO. Rhodium doping suppresses the structural phase transition and spin density wave observed in the undoped material, and superconductivity emerges at x close to 0.05, despite the distortion of FeAs4 tetrahedra induced by the large size ...

Rh(I) Complexes in Catalysis: A Five-Year Trend

open access: yesMolecules, 2021
Rhodium is one of the most used metals in catalysis both in laboratory reactions and industrial processes. Despite the extensive exploration on “classical” ligands carried out during the past decades in the field of rhodium-catalyzed reactions, such as ...

Determination of rhodium content by the method of Stripping voltammetry in ores and technogenic raw materials

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2016
The method of determination of rhodium by the method of Stripping voltammetry in ores and technogenic raw materials has been developed. Determination of rhodium (III) in solution by Stripping voltammetry method was carried out by peak of selective ...

Discovery of Rubidium, Strontium, Molybdenum, and Rhodium Isotopes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Currently, thirty-one rubidium, thirty-five strontium, thirty-five molybdenum and thirty-eight rhodium isotopes have been observed and the discovery of these isotopes is discussed here. For each isotope a brief synopsis of the first refereed publication, including the production and identification method, is presented.

Odd-odd neutron-rich rhodium isotopes studied with the double Penning trap JYFLTRAP [PDF]

open access: yes, 2022
Precision mass measurements of neutron-rich rhodium isotopes have been performed at the JYFLTRAP Penning trap mass spectrometer at the Ion Guide Isotope Separator On-Line (IGISOL) facility. We report results on ground- and isomeric-state masses in $^{110,112,114,116,118}$Rh and the very first mass measurement of $^{120}$Rh.
