OSA Initiates Histone Lactylation That Drives PDE4B/FUS/AGT Axis to Pulmonary Hypertension
This study illustrates how chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) in obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) leads to hypertension via increased oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction in pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs), causing glycolytic dysregulation. Lactate accumulation enhances histone lactylation, upregulating phosphodiesterase 4B (PDE4B),

Combined malonic and methylmalonic aciduria (CMAMMA) is an inborn error of metabolism caused by a deficiency in mitochondrial malonyl‐CoA synthetase, the enzyme responsible for activating malonic acid (MA) to malonyl‐CoA, a precursor of lipoic acid.

Skin Glycomics: Unmasking the Role of Glycation End Products in Cutaneous Aging and Dermatology
ABSTRACT Background Skin aging is a multifactorial process influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Beyond photoaging and oxidative stress, glycation and advanced glycation end products (AGEs) are increasingly recognized as key drivers of cutaneous senescence.

Identification and Validation of DLD as a Cuproptosis‐Associated Biomarker in Preeclampsia
DLD is identified as a preeclampsia‐associated cuproptosis hub gene by bioinformatics. DLD overexpression inhibits trophoblast proliferation, invasion, and migration, disrupts TCA cycle metabolism, and alters mitochondrial ultrastructure. These findings reveal that DLD may contribute to preeclampsia pathogenesis through cuproptosis.
