目的: 探讨广州地区丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)基因型分布的特点以及 HCV 基因型与临床病情的关系。方法: 病例 选自广州居民,基因分型使用 Okamoto 的“型特异性引物PCR 法” ,并加以改进,基因型的命名采用国际上统一的 Simmonds两 级命名体系。结果: 广州 HCV 基因型分布 1a 占 7. 6%、1b 占 49. 5%、2a 占 23. 8%、2b占 1. 9%、3a 占 2. 9%、1b+2a 混合型占 9.
