中华草龟源维氏气单胞菌的分离及生物学特性鉴定

狐源大肠杆菌中氯霉素类抗生素耐药基因的检测

为调查东北地区狐源大肠杆菌中氯霉素类耐药菌株的耐药基因分布情况,根据其耐药表型和流行情况,指导临床上合理用药。本试验采用PCR技术对224株狐源大肠杆菌的氯霉素类耐药基因cmlA、cat和floR进行检测,并结合耐药表型进行分析。结果表明:7723%(173/224)的狐源大肠杆菌具有氯霉素类耐药基因,cmlA、cat和floR基因在分离株的检出率分别为3259%、4375%和3527%,不同来源的大多数菌株能检测出耐药基因,且有部分大肠杆菌可携带2种或3种耐药基因。
