貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌对喹诺酮类药物耐药表型及耐药基因检测
为了检测貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌对喹诺酮类药物的耐药性与耐药基因携带情况并分析其相关性,通过K-B药敏纸片和PCR方法分别检测24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌对喹诺酮类药物耐药性与耐药基因。结果表明:24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌呈现多重耐药性,对左氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星耐药性为70.8%—79.2%,耐4种抗生素的菌株有16株,占分离菌株的66.7%;24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌的耐药基因gyrB、oqxA、parC、parE、oqxB、ompF检出率在70.8%以上 ...

的:为了解黑龙江省和吉林省健康貉中大肠杆菌四环素耐药基因的分布情况,以貉源大肠杆菌为模板,检测四环素耐药基因,为控制耐药性奠定基础,有利于临床合理用药。方法:共选取56株貉大肠杆菌,通过PCR扩增靶基因以检测耐药基因的携带状态。 结果:四环素抗性基因tetM的检出率为82.14%,还检测到tetA、tetB、tetC、tetD,未检测出tetE。结论:大肠杆菌四环素耐药性可能由几种耐药基因共同介导。试验结果可为貉临床实践中合理使用四环素和预防四环素抗性出现提供理论依据。
