为探究鹿源彭氏变形杆菌（Proteus penneri）致病及耐药机制，利用二代测序技术对从云南野生动物园病死梅花鹿（Cervus nippon）肺组织中分离鉴定出的1株彭氏变形杆菌F2d株进行基因组测序，将获得的F2d株基因组序列注释到毒力因子、耐药基因和代谢通路等数据库中。毒力因子数据库注释结果显示，菌株含黏附、营养代谢、运动和免疫调节等类型毒力因子；耐药基因数据库注释结果显示，F2d株对β-内酰胺类、四环素类、黏菌素类和磺胺类等多种抗生素耐药，并且携带多种抗生素外排机制编码基因 ...
