ABSTRACT The present work reports a comparative study between extracts obtained by different methods (ultrasonic bath‐assisted extraction, maceration, decoction, and Soxhlet extraction) from the leaves of Erucastrum virgatum subsp. virgatum collected in Sicily (Italy), using ethanol and water as “green” solvents.
