AbstractThis work has demonstrated the preparation of aromatic poly‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole fibers with a high level of physical properties by the cyclodehydration of undrawn high molecular weight copolyhydrazide fibers and subsequent drawing of the converted fiber to high orientation.
