[Chemical constituents of lateral roots of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx].
Yao xue xue bao = Acta pharmaceutica Sinica, 2015In order to find the cardiotonic constituents of lateral roots of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx., the investigation was carried out. Silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, medium-pressure MCI and reverse phase ODS column chromatography were used to separate the 90% EtOH extract of the lateral roots of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.

Two New C20‐Diterpenoid Alkaloids from Aconitum carmichaelii
Helvetica Chimica Acta, 2011AbstractTwo new C20‐diterpenoid alkaloids, named aconicarchamines A and B (1 and 2, resp.), were isolated from Aconitum carmichaelii. By UV, IR, MS, and 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR analyses, their structures were elucidated as 14,17‐dihydro‐14,17‐dihydroxyajabicine and 15‐O‐acetyllassiocarpine.

[Analysis of transcriptome differences in two leaf-type cultivars of Aconitum carmichaelii].

And the Illumina Hiseq high-throughput platform was used for transcriptome sequencing, assembly and annotation.
