Synthesis of Active Disturbance Rejection Control
Herald of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Series Instrument Engineering, 2020Synthesis of Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) has been discussed in this work. Two main approaches have been presented for the second-order ADRC: Linear ADRC and nonlinear ADRC. A design procedure for the three main components of ADRC: controller, estimator, and disturbance rejection scheme has been presented in each approach.

An approach to improve active disturbance rejection control
International Journal of Control, 2018In order to reduce the error and phase delay of the classical extended state observer (ESO) in estimating the system state and disturbance, in this paper, we combine ESO and tracking differentiator...

An active disturbances rejection controller for hysteretic systems
International Journal of Modelling, Identification and Control, 2009An Active Disturbances Rejection Controller (ADRC) is presented for a class of single-input?single-output non-linear systems with a hysteresis non-linearity represented by the Preisach model. The designed ADRC controller is composed of the non-linearity tracking differentiator, the extended state observer and the non-linearity PID controller.

Active Disturbance Rejection Control for Grasping Force Tracking
2020 American Control Conference (ACC), 2020In this paper, a robotic manipulator is developed to allow the appropriate exertion of the coupling force needed for proper implementation of Smart-touch inspection. A force feedback control system works in tandem with a load cell sensor and DC motor, which allows the manipulator to guide two fingers to grasp a bolted connection for Smart-touch ...

On Active Disturbance Rejection Control in Presence of Measurement Noise
IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, 2022High-gain nature of extended state observer (ESO), which forms an integral part of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) technique, results in the following limitations: (1) Sensitivity to high-frequency measurement noise which limits closed-loop performance in practical applications.

A survey on active disturbance rejection control
2013 International Mutli-Conference on Automation, Computing, Communication, Control and Compressed Sensing (iMac4s), 2013The conventional PID controllers have been in existence in the process industry from its very birth for almost a century. The empirical approach of the PID presents a limitation in tuning for practising engineers, since it requires ample experience and a sound knowledge of the plant.

Event-Triggered Active Disturbance Rejection Control
2021The past few years have seen the attention and rapid developments in event-triggered sampled-data systems, in which the effect of event-triggered sensor measurements and controller updates is explored in controller analysis and design. This book offers the first systematic treatment of event-triggered sampled-data control system design using active ...

Simulation on Active Disturbance Rejection Control
Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2013A highly robust active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) is developed in this paper. The proposed ADRC consists of a tracking differentiator (TD) in the feed forward path, an extended state observer (ESO), and a nonlinear state error feedback control law (NLSEF) in the feedback path.

An Active Disturbance Rejection Control Approach to Fan Control in Servers
2018 IEEE Conference on Control Technology and Applications (CCTA), 2018As more and more massive data storage drives are used in super high density, the power used to cool the servers has become an increasingly large component of the total power consumption. Therefore, improving server cooling efficiency has become an essential requirement in data centers.

Active disturbance rejection control for UAV pose regulation
2017 14th International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Computing Science and Automatic Control (CCE), 2017This paper presents an alternative control strategy for 4 degree-of-freedom pose regulation of a quadrotor using the Active Disturbance Rejection approach. The proposed controller was designed using a kind of Lyapunov energy function to ensure asymptotic stability for regulation, in addition to the active disturbance rejection feature which is based in
