Constraining Attacker Capabilities Through Actuator Saturation [PDF]
For LTI control systems, we provide mathematical tools - in terms of Linear Matrix Inequalities - for computing outer ellipsoidal bounds on the reachable sets that attacks can induce in the system when they are subject to the physical limits of the actuators.

Dealing with actuator rate limits. Towards IQC-based analysis of aircraft-pilot system stability [PDF]
The study continues the recent work of the authors, by sketching an approach of the aircraft-pilot system stability analysis, considering both the rate saturation of the actuator and the time delay in control input.

Adaptive fault tolerant control for hypersonic vehicle with external disturbance
In this article, an adaptive fault tolerant control strategy is proposed to solve the trajectory tracking problem of a generic hypersonic vehicle subjected to actuator fault, external disturbance, and input saturation.

Control under clock offsets and actuator saturation [PDF]
This paper studies the stability analysis and the stabilization problem for systems with asynchronous sensors and controllers, and actuators subject to saturation. We consider systems with parameter uncertainties caused by clock offsets. By using a polytopic overapproximation, we investigate how large clock offsets affect stability.

Edible electronics needs integrated logic circuits for computation and control. This work presents a potentially edible printed chitosan‐gated transistor with a design optimized for integration in circuits. Its implementation in integrated logic gates and circuits operating at low voltage (0.7 V) is demonstrated, as well as the compatibility with an ...

From Food to Power: Hydrogel Thermoelectrics for Ingestible Electronics
We introduce a fully edible thermoelectric–electrochromic platform that harvests heat from food and converts it into a visible color change. N‐type and p‐type hydrogel thermoelectric generators connected in series power anthocyanin‐based electrochromic displays, demonstrating the feasibility of safe, biodegradable, ingestible systems for on‐food ...
