A Printed Zinc‐Ion Microbattery with Extended Shelf Life and Durability for Energy Autonomous Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We present a fully printed aqueous zinc‐ion microbattery (ZnIB) enabled by graphene‐decorated zinc anode and printed MnO@NC cathode using sustainable aqueous‐based ink formulations. The printed 3D electrodes ensure uniform zinc deposition, low overpotential, and long‐term stability.

Synthesis and Structural Characterization of [Ir4(m-CO)(CO)7{m4-h3-Ph2PC(H)C(Ph)PCBut}(m-PPh2)]: Alkyne-Phosphaalkyne Coupling and Formation of a Novel 2-phosphabutadienylphosphine Ligand

open access: yesJournal of the Brazilian Chemical Society, 1998
Reaction of [Ir4(mu-H)(CO)9(Ph2PCºCPh)(mu-PPh2)] 1 with PºCBu t in CH2Cl2, at 35 °C, for 4 h yields the novel compound [Ir4(mu-CO)(CO)7{mu4-eta³-Ph2PC(H)C(Ph)PCBu t}(mu-PPh2)] 2, which contains the 2-phosphabutadienylphosphine chain.

A regioselectivity switch in Pd-catalyzed hydroallylation of alkynes. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
By exploiting the reactivity of a vinyl-Pd species, we control the regioselectivity in hydroallylation of alkynes under Pd-hydride catalysis. A monophosphine ligand and carboxylic acid combination promotes 1,5-dienes through a pathway involving ...

Continual reproduction of self-assembling oligotriazole peptide nanomaterials. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Autocatalytic chemical reactions, whereby a molecule is able to catalyze its own formation from a set of precursors, mimic nature's ability to generate identical copies of relevant biomolecules, and are thought to have been crucial for the origin of life.

A Soft Microrobot for Single‐Cell Transport, Spheroid Assembly, and Dual‐Mode Drug Screening

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A soft, untethered hydrogel microrobot enables precise single‐cell delivery, self‐assembly into 3D spheroids, and real‐time thermal actuation. Driven by light‐induced convection and embedded with gold nanorods and temperature sensors, the microrobot guides cells, modulates local microenvironments, and supports drug testing.
