MicrobiologyopenShotgun metagenomic sequencing was used to characterize the functional potential of the Allium ampeloprasum rhizosphere microbiome under chemical fertilizer (G1), biofertilizer (G2), and unfertilized (Bulk) soil (G3) management practices. This study revealed that different fertilization regimes altered microbial functional profiles.
