Huli yanjiu, 1996 我科1993年2月至1994年7月对40例充血性心力衰竭患者,在采取卧床休息、限制食盐、用洋地黄类强心剂、利尿剂和扩血管剂治疗无效后,加用或改用氨吡酮（氨力农）静脉给药,获得满意的效果。现将治疗方法与护理体会报告如下。 1 临床资料本组40例均为住院病人。男27例,女13例;年龄10～83岁。其中风湿性心脏病12例,扩张型心肌病3例,冠心病21例,先天性心脏病1例,高血压性心脏病2例,肺原性心脏病1例。
