Endogenous Engineering Reprograms Extracellular Vesicles for Enhanced Therapeutic Function
This review explains how Extracellular vesicles‐producing cells can be endogenously engineered to load therapeutic proteins and nucleic acids. We summarize physiological and genetic strategies that harness native sorting pathways for selective cargo loading.

Cochlin induced TREK-1 co-expression and annexin A2 secretion: role in trabecular meshwork cell elongation and motility. [PDF]
Fluid flow through large interstitial spaces is sensed at the cellular level, and mechanistic responses to flow changes enables expansion or contraction of the cells modulating the surrounding area and brings about changes in fluid flow.

NET‐DNA is enriched during early endometriotic lesion establishment and drives anoikis resistance by promoting an ANXA2–TMEM215–BiP axis. This pathway strengthens ER–mitochondria contacts, enhances PINK1/Parkin‐associated mitophagy, preserves mitochondrial homeostasis, and supports ectopic stromal cell survival, thereby facilitating lesion persistence ...

Annexin A2/TLR2/MYD88 pathway induces arginase 1 expression in tumor-associated neutrophils
Myeloid lineage cells suppress T cell viability through arginine depletion via arginase 1 (ARG1). Despite numerous studies exploring the mechanisms by which ARG1 perturbs lymphocyte function, the cellular populations responsible for its generation and ...

Annexin A2 is a soluble mediator of macrophage activation [PDF]
Abstract On the surface of the macrophage, annexin A2 tetramer (A2t) serves as a docking protein or recognition element for bacterial and viral pathogens. Plasma levels of free A2t have been reported to increase following infection, although the mechanistic significance of this observation is unclear. Although annexin A2 had generally

Supramolecular Assembly of Stepped‐Persistent ROS Nanogenerator for Sustained Tumor Immunotherapy
ROS catalytic systems often fail to achieve both effective tumor elimination and persistent immune activation due to their monotonous ROS production profiles. A stepped‐persistent ROS nanogenerator was developed by supramolecularly assembling multiple ROS generation modules within a nanofiber structure to simultaneously extend ROS generation duration ...

MicroRNA-425-5p modulates osteoporosis by targeting annexin A2
Background Studies have shown that the decrease of osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) is an important mechanism of osteoporosis.
