Integrin β4‐Enriched Small Extracellular Vesicle as Drug Delivery Vehicle for Targeting Pulmonary Metastasis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Advanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
The expression of integrin β4 (ITGβ4) on small extracellular vesicle (sEV) correlates with lung‐tropism. Enrichment of ITGβ4 on sEVs enhances their lung‐targeting ability. The sEVs loaded with doxorubicin exhibit superior therapeutic efficacy in a lung metastasis mouse model.

This innovative ink engineering strategy enables the integration of bioactive nanocomposites into complex, multi‐material constructs. By combining primary chemical coupling and post‐printing photocuring, the study achieves tunable printability, seamless material integration, and robust mechanical performance.

Translational Extracellular Matrix Spray‐Coating Approach for Large‐Scale Bioactive Surface Functionalization and Tissue Repair

A translational spray‐coating strategy that conformationally activates fibronectin and collagen via mechanical unfolding is presented. Microscale droplets enable uniform extracellular matrix (ECM) depositions on biomedical substrates and wound closure enhancement.
