Dodonaea viscosa in Breast Cancer: Phytochemistry, Anticancer Mechanisms, and Emerging Immunotherapeutic and Translational Perspectives

open access: yesCancer Medicine, Volume 15, Issue 10, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Breast cancer remains a leading cause of cancer‐related mortality among women worldwide, with treatment resistance, disease heterogeneity, and therapy‐associated toxicities limiting clinical outcomes. Its major clinically relevant subtypes, including oestrogen receptor‐positive (ER+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2‐positive (HER2 ...

Phytochemical Fingerprinting of Sanchezia nobilis Hook. F. Leaf Extract and Evaluation of Anxiolytic, Cytotoxic, and Antioxidant Activities In Vivo, In Vitro, and In Silico

open access: yesChemistry &Biodiversity, Volume 23, Issue 10, October 2026.
GC‐MS fingerprinting demonstrated that ethanolic leaf extract of Sanchezia nobilis (SNE) many phytochemicals out of which aniline and isoquinoline showed potential binding affinity to alpha1GABAA receptor responsible for anxiolytic effects. In vitro studies confirmed antioxidant effects of SNE.

Integrating Structural Characterization, Network Pharmacology, and Experimental Validation Reveals the Anti‐Liver Aging Mechanism of Acorus tatarinowii Polysaccharides

open access: yesChemistry &Biodiversity, Volume 23, Issue 10, October 2026.
ATP is extracted and structurally characterized. Network pharmacology, WGCNA and machine learning identify TLR4 and Nrf2 as core targets. In D‐gal‐induced aging rats, ATP relieves hepatic atrophy and steatosis, suppresses hepatic TLR4, NF‐κB, and HO‐1 expression, and up‑regulates Nrf2 expression, showing its promising potential for counteracting ...
