ABSTRACT Recurrent UTIs in prune belly Syndrome with a markedly reduced renal function pose significant renal injury risk. Normal creatinine can mask underlying damage. Long‐term, multidisciplinary follow‐up is crucial, especially in low‐resource settings, to preserve renal function and improve patient outcomes.

ABSTRACT Idiopathic multicentric Castleman disease (TAFRO subtype) can mimic common differentials. High suspicion is required for chronic systemic symptoms and generalized lymphadenopathy. As fine‐needle aspiration is often non‐diagnostic, early excisional biopsy is important.

ABSTRACT Bardet–Biedl syndrome (BBS) is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by obesity, rod‐cone dystrophy, polydactyly, developmental delay, renal dysfunction, and genitourinary abnormalities. We report the case of a 27‐year‐old female with previously undiagnosed BBS who presented with acute kidney injury precipitated by acute ...

Anti‐U1‐RNP‐Positive Inflammatory Myopathy Presenting With Dysphagia: A Case Report
ABSTRACT High‐titer anti‐U1‐RNP antibodies may present with myopathy without fulfilling MCTD criteria. We report a 38‐year‐old woman with proximal weakness, elevated muscle enzymes, anti‐U1‐RNP positivity, and inflammatory myopathy on EMG/MRI, but lacking classic overlap features.

Influenza A virus modulates host innate immune pathways, including TLR, RIG‐I, MAPK, and NF‐κB signaling, to support replication and drive inflammatory pathology. Plant‐derived phytocompounds target these interconnected pathways, offering a potential host‐directed immunomodulatory approach complementary to conventional antivirals.

Iron and Other Metal Ions in Human Health and Disease
Iron, copper, zinc, and calcium orchestrate cellular function through distinct yet cooperative mechanisms: redox‐active iron and copper cycle between oxidation states to act as Fenton catalysts and electron carriers in oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS); redox‐inert zinc serves as a structural component of zinc‐finger proteins and a catalytic cofactor ...

Four new Schiff bases derived from 2‐chloro‐5‐(trifluoromethyl)aniline and their corresponding palladium(II) complexes were obtained and analyzed by multiple spectroscopic techniques. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction elucidated the structures of all the ligands and complexes 2 and 4. Their toxicity was assessed on Triticum aestivum L.
