A Supramolecular, Triple Negative Breast Cancer‐Targeting Avidin‐Photosensitizer
This study investigates the targeted delivery of photosensitizers in triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) using a Ru‐NH2‐modified avidin bioconjugate (RuAvi). RuAvi binds to the cinnamoyl peptide, F(D)LF(D)LFK‐NH2 (FK), targeting the formyl peptide receptor 1, which is overexpressed in TNBC.

Immunoregulatory functions for murine intraepithelial lymphocytes: gamma/delta T cell receptor-positive (TCR+) T cells abrogate oral tolerance, while alpha/beta TCR+ T cells provide B cell help. [PDF]
Past work has shown that a subset of effector T cells with unique characteristics could abrogate hapten- or antigen-induced tolerance, and the reconstitution of this immune response has been termed contrasuppression.

Single‐molecule fluorescence detection can become highly challenging for diluted concentrations in the picomolar range. This “low concentration barrier” is broken into and achieves quantitative detection down to 0.1 pM. Introducing a diaphragm into a standard confocal microscope and implementing fluorescence lifetime correlation spectroscopy (FLCS ...
