Integrated scFv identification and CAR T cell generation for AML targeting in vivo

open access: yesInternational Journal of Cancer, EarlyView.
What's New? Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a rapidly progressing blood cancer. Advancing chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapies, particularly through rapid translation of single chain variable fragment (scFv) discovery into CAR constructs, may improve clinical outcomes, especially the development of patient individualized CAR T cells.

A Case of Recurrent Eye Infection Caused by Salmonella enterica Serovar Kentucky

open access: yesiLABMED, EarlyView.
This paper reported the first isolation of Salmonella enterica serovar Kentucky from an orbital abscess in an elderly female patient. More importantly, The isolate demonstrated multidrug resistance, emphasizing the need for clinicians to select antibiotics based on antimicrobial susceptibility reports.

High‐throughput generic single‐entity sequencing using droplet microfluidics

open access: yesiMeta, EarlyView.
We present Generic Single Entity Sequencing (GSE‐Seq), a droplet‐based workflow that generates monoclonal barcodes by one‐step PCR, performs dissolvable hydrogel‐enabled reactions for genome processing, and attaches barcodes during in‐droplet library preparation. Barcoded fragments are pooled and sequenced with PacBio long‐read sequencing. Barcodes are
