زمينه و هدف: گياه سداب(RG=Ruta graveolens) در گذشته به منظور کاهش قوای جنسی در مردان و سقط جنين در خانم‌ها کاربرد داشته است. لذا در اين مطالعه به طور تجربی اثر عصاره آبی اين گياه بر بافت بيضه و ميزان اسپرماتوژنز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
