A brain‐targeted nanoparticle enables delivery of a therapeutic nanobody (Nb.29E9) that inhibits pathogenic GSK3β signaling. This intervention restores AMPK/mTORC1/TGFβ homeostasis, attenuates neuroinflammation and oxidative stress, and promotes long‐term functional recovery after ischemic stroke.

This study uncovers that quercetin naturally targets mitochondria. By coordinating quercetin with Fe3+, we engineer an ultrasmall cascade nanozyme (MCN) with superoxide dismutase‐catalase activities. MCN crosses the damaged blood–brain barrier, scavenges mitochondrial ROS, prevents mitochondrial DNA leakage, and blocks the cGAS‐STING pathway, thereby ...

Tree legumes: an underexploited resource in warm-climate silvopastures
Tree legumes are an underexploited resource in warm-climate silvopastures. Perceived benefits of tree legumes include provisioning (browse/mast, timber, fuel, human food, natural medicines, and ornamentals), regulating (C sequestration, greenhouse gas ...

All‐Flex Plasma Patch for In Vivo Delivery of Reactive Species
A fully flexible plasma patch enables stable, conformal treatment on complex biological surfaces and enhances transdermal delivery of reactive species. This platform achieves significant tumor suppression in vivo and reveals coordinated regulation of calcium signaling, metabolism, and programmed cell death, providing a promising strategy for safe and ...

A Shipboard Instrument for Underway Estimates of Marine N2 Fixation
Marine N2 fixation converts nitrogen gas into ammonia and accounts for the largest external nitrogen input to the oceans1. Since large portions of the global oceans are nitrogen deficient, marine N2 fixation can relieve the nitrogen limitation, thereby ...

This study utilized alloy micro‐galvanic coupling design to regulate the release of essential elements, thereby programming immune responses and promoting regeneration. The sacrificial anodic process of Zn‐0.8Mg reduced Zn2+ release compared to the “large cathode‐small anode” coupling of Zn‐0.8Fe.
