Nihon Chikusan Gakkaiho, 1960 ブルーチーズ製造に使用されているデンマークChr. Hansen社製mold powderより分離したカピを分類学的に検討,同定し,それぞれの出現率から,その分布状況を調べた.結果は次のとおりである.(1) 分離菌株96株はすべてPenicillium属である.そのうち17株はPen. roqueforti THOM(そのうち1株はそのAlbino型),また27株はPen. corymbiferumWESTLING,5株はPen.
