We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Hansen社製mold powderより分離したカピを分類学的に検討,同定し,それぞれの出現率から,その分布状況を調べた.結果は次のとおりである.(1) 分離菌株96株はすべてPenicillium属である.そのうち17株はPen. roqueforti THOM(そのうち1株はそのAlbino型),また27株はPen. corymbiferumWESTLING,5株はPen.
