Although the authors used the same interbody spacers and even higher dose of rhBMP-2 (than the dose of rhBMP-2 was used in another report in which incidence of the resorptions after interbody fusions assisted with rhBMP-2 was 100%) there was no resorptions in their study. We asked for the authors' clarification of the strange phenomenon.
