TCF/LEF family transcription factors: Molecular landscape and prognostic scoring in pan‐cancer
This study provides a comprehensive molecular landscape of TCF/LEF family transcription factors across 33 cancer types. We developed a TCF/LEF‐based prognostic score that correlates with immune infiltration, metabolic reprogramming and drug sensitivity, offering a robust transcriptomic signature for predicting patient survival and therapeutic response.

Abstract Breast cancer (BC) is most prevalent in females but also accounts for <1% of male cancer cases and 0.2% of male cancer‐related deaths. Distribution of histological subtypes, receptor status, and age of diagnosis varies based on sex, and a growing body of evidence supports sex‐specific molecular differences in BC.

The follow-up sought after diagnosis of a BRCA-1 or BRCA-2 mutation.
57 Background: A woman with a known BRCA mutation has a lifetime risk for the development of breast cancer of up to 80%. Carolinas Medical Center cares for approximately 600 breast cancer patients annually with genetic testing offered to those patients

ABSTRACT Breast cancer remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality among women worldwide, necessitating in‐depth research into its molecular mechanisms to improve prognosis and treatment strategies. This study investigates the expression profile and functional role of heparan sulfate proteoglycan Syndecan‐1 (SDC1) in breast cancer progression ...

Knowledge of BRCA gene among young Pakistani adults: a short report
A total of 271 young Pakistani adults responded to a self-designed multiple choice-based questionnaire (Alpha = 0.83) which was then used to assess the levels of knowledge regarding breast cancer susceptibility (BRCA) gene mutation.
