OsFAD1–OsMYBR22 modulates clustered spikelet through regulating BRD3 in rice
Journal of Integrative Plant BiologyThe phenotype of rice clustered spikelet mutants results from the upregulation of the FAD/NAD(P)-binding oxidoreductase family gene OsFAD1. Enhanced interaction between OsFAD1 and the transcription factor OsMYBR22 leads to the upregulation of the spikelet clustering-related BR catabolic gene BRD3.
