Abstract Objectives Antiseizure medications (ASMs) can reduce the efficacy of statin treatment, partly due to reduction in statin concentrations. In this systematic review and network meta‐analysis (NMA), we compared the effects of ASMs and the prototypical enzyme inducer rifampin on statin exposure.
