[Study on karyotype and giemsa C-banding of Aquilaria sinensis].

Zhong yao cai = Zhongyaocai = Journal of Chinese medicinal materials, 2008
To study Aquilaria sinensis (Lour.) Spreng chromosome karyotype and C-banding.Sections for karvotvpe and BSG method for C-banding.The somatic chromosome number was 2n=16, karyotype formula was K(2n) = 2x = 16 = 6m + 6sm + 4st, based on Levan's publication in 1964. According to the method of Kuo, the chromosome based on the relative length was 2n = 16 =

Quantitative trait loci analysis of citrus leprosis resistance in an interspecific backcross family of (Citrus reticulata Blanco × C. sinensis L. Osbeck) × C. sinensis L. Osb

Euphytica, 2009
Leprosis, caused by citrus leprosis virus (CiLV) and transmitted by the tenuipalpid mite Brevipalpus phoenicis, is one of the most important viruses of citrus in the Americas. Sweet oranges (Citrus sinensis L. Osb.) are highly susceptible to CiLV, while mandarins (C.

Kinetics and thermodynamics in downstream processing of medicinal fungi C. sinensis CS1197

Biochemical Engineering Journal, 2017
Abstract The kinetics of solid-liquid extraction of bioactive adenosine and cordycepin from the mycelia of C. sinensis CS1197 was studied. Hot water extraction was carried out at temperature 70, 80 and 90 °C and pH 3, 4 and 5 and mechanism of extraction was studied by applying Fick’s diffusion and empirical models.

Fertile fruit trees obtained by somatic hybridization: navel orange (Citrus sinensis) and Troyer citrange (C. sinensis x Poncirus trifoliata)

Theoretical and Applied Genetics, 1991
Nucellar cell suspension protoplasts of navel orange (Citrus sinsensis Osb.) were chemically fused with mesophyll protoplasts of Troyer citrange (C. sinensis x Poncirus trifoliata) and cultured in hormone-free Murashige and Tucker medium containing 0.6 M sucrose. Two types of plant were regenerated through embryogenesis.

Flavonoids from root bark of Citrus sinensis and C. Nobilis

Phytochemistry, 1989
Abstract A new chalcone, citrunobin together with citflavanone and lonchocarpol-A(senegalensein) were isolated from the root bark of Citrus sinensis var. brasiliensis. Citrunobin and citflavanone were also isolated from the corresponding bark of C. nobilis var. sunki.

An LDLa domain-containing C-type lectin is involved in the innate immunity of Eriocheir sinensis

Developmental & Comparative Immunology, 2014
C-type lectins (CTLs) have crucial functions in recognizing and eliminating pathogens in innate immunity. This study identified a novel low-density lipoprotein receptor class A (LDLa) domain-containing CTL, designated as EsCTLDcp, from the Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis.

The role of Pvs28 in sporozoite development in Anopheles sinensis and its longevity in BALB/c mice

Experimental Parasitology, 2011
To develop a vivax malaria vaccine for blocking malarial transmission, the ookinete surface protein Pvs28 was cloned from Korean malaria patients using polymerase chain reaction. The Pvs28 gene consists of 726bp and encodes 241 amino acids. It was subcloned into the expression vector pQE30 and expressed in Escherichia coli.
