ABSTRACT Background Contact force (CF)‐dependent pulse field electroporation (PFE) may generate tissue heating, affecting junctional rhythm at the triangle of Koch (ToK) in a clinical setting. PFE may also disrupt calcium homeostasis, causing calcium electroporation (CE) for some Joule heating.
