BACKGROUND: Chronic infection with Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is causally linked with gastric carcinogenesis. Virulent H. pylori strains deliver bacterial CagA into gastric epithelial cells.

BCL-2 family proteins are frequently aberrantly expressed in mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). Recently, the BCL-2-specific inhibitor venetoclax has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and acute myeloid ...

Probiotic B.p colonization elevated gut‐derived inosine level in the liver, while elevated inosine activated A2AR and subsequently blocked NPs‐induced polarization of M1 macrophages by repressing the miR155/SOCS1/NF‐κB pathway. This reduced the release of inflammatory cytokines and thereby, mitigated NPs‐induced hepatic injury.

Differentiation of mouse fetal lung alveolar progenitors in serum-free organotypic cultures
Lung epithelial progenitors differentiate into alveolar type 1 (AT1) and type 2 (AT2) cells. These cells form the air-blood interface and secrete surfactant, respectively, and are essential for lung maturation and function.

CK2α Deficiency Drives Myocardial Fibrosis via Desmin‐Induced Mitochondrial Dysfunction
CK2α preserves mitochondrial homeostasis by phosphorylating Desmin to recruit Cryab, ensuring proper filament assembly. CK2α deficiency disrupts this interaction, causing mitochondrial dysfunction, metabolic shifts, bioenergetic failure, and oxidative stress—ultimately establishing a pro‐fibrotic environment that drives cardiac fibrosis.

Dynamic Single‐Binding Event Profiling With on‐Chip Microlenses for Wash‐Free Digital Biosensing
A microlens‐enhanced platform enables real‐time tracking and digital counting of single‐binding events using conventional bright‐field microscopy. Amplified scattering signals from gold nanoparticle labels and kinetic signature analysis allow wash‐free discrimination between specific and nonspecific interactions, while providing kinetic and mechanistic

Dissociation of the hepatic insulin receptor favours its phosphorylation by casein kinase 2
The αβ heterodimeric form of untreated hepatic insulin receptor was a substrate for casein kinase 2, whereas the α2β2 heterotetramer was not. On the contrary, autophosphorylation was detected only in the heterotetramer.

In nephroblastoma, aberrant glycolysis drives lactate accumulation, which elevates histone H3K18 lactylation via p300. Lactylation of the PSRC1 promoter activates its transcription. PSRC1 competitively binds AKT, relieving PTEN‐mediated inhibition and triggering AKT/mTOR/HIF‐1α signaling.
