Elucidating Immune Cell Mediated Causal Pathways Linking Blood Metabolites to Major Depressive Disorder: A Mediation Mendelian Randomization Analysis

Our integrative Mendelian randomization framework revealed that specific circulating metabolites exert causal effects on major depressive disorder, partly through immune‐cell–mediated pathways.
