Efficacy and safety of elranatamab in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma: A US subgroup analysis from MagnetisMM‐3

open access: yesCancer, Volume 132, Issue 11, 1 June 2026.
Abstract Introduction Elranatamab, approved for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, demonstrated deep, durable responses and manageable safety in patients without prior B‐cell maturation antigen (BCMA)‐directed therapy (BCMA‐naive) in MagnetisMM‐3 (NCT04649359). This post hoc analysis evaluated efficacy and safety in the US subgroup.

Enzymatic Synthesis of NAD+

open access: yesCurrent Protocols, Volume 6, Issue 6, June 2026.
Abstract Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is an essential metabolite involved in numerous biological processes, functioning both as a redox cofactor in cellular energy metabolism and as a co‐substrate for NAD+‐utilizing enzymes, including sirtuins and poly(ADP‐ribose) polymerases.

Single‐cell and repertoire profiling reveals immune remodelling in paediatric upper airway: insights from adenoid hypertrophy

open access: yesClinical &Translational Immunology, Volume 15, Issue 6, 2026.
Single‐cell and paired V(D)J profiling show that paediatric adenoid hypertrophy features expanded proliferative germinal‐centre B cells with impaired maturation. Abstract Objectives To characterise the immune cellular landscape and paired B‐cell and T‐cell receptor repertoires of hypertrophic adenoids in children with obstructive sleep apnoea.

Effect of CXCR5, PD‐1 and ICOS on B‐cell responses and relevance to myasthenia gravis

open access: yesClinical &Translational Immunology, Volume 15, Issue 6, 2026.
This study compared the efficacy of PD‐1 and ICOS molecules in antibody production within CXCR5+ and CXCR5− CD4+ T cells; it demonstrates that PD‐1+ T cells provide the most effective B cell support, a finding also validated in autoantibody production in myasthenia gravis.

Characterization of Harderian Gland‐Derived Plasma Cells in Chicken

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Immunology, Volume 56, Issue 6, June 2026.
An isolation protocol for plasma cells (PC) from the chicken Harderian gland (HG) was established, and analyses of PCs revealed a FSChigh/CD45med/sIgpos/CD57pos/CXCR4high/TACIlow phenotype. Presence of CXCL12 and BAFF around HG PCs suggests a contribution of CXCL12–CXCR4 and BAFF–TACI to PC localization and survival.
