CLDN18.2 in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma: Biomarker assessment, spatial heterogeneity and therapeutic modality selection

This review presents a framework for selecting Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2)‐directed treatment modalities in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma according to tumour antigen coverage and spatial distribution. Representative assessment at baseline and reassessment after progression can guide treatment adaptation over time.
