The effect of conjugated linoleic acid on the growth of weaned piglets
The effect of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on growth parameters of sixteen piglets, divided into two groups was studied. The experiment started when the piglets were 29 days old.

Dimethyl Fumarate, But Not Rituximab, Reduces Serum GFAP Levels and PIRMA in Relapsing–Remitting MS
ABSTRACT Objective Serum neurofilament light chain (sNfL) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (sGFAP) levels are believed to reflect mainly acute and chronic disease processes in multiple sclerosis (MS), respectively. In this study, we investigated whether dimethyl fumarate (DMF) and rituximab (RTX) differentially affect these biomarkers.

ESCRT‐Mimetic Nanodegrader Targets STING for Anti‐Inflammatory Therapy
A nanoplatform‐enabled targeted protein degradation strategy is presented to regulate aberrant STING signaling. STING‐ATTEC induces selective autophagic degradation of STING via formation of a STING–ATTEC–LC3 ternary complex, while the cationic FA‐LNP+ system enhances LC3 generation and targeted delivery. Together, this synergistic approach efficiently

Potentiation of drug-induced cytotoxicity by conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) in in vitro models of drug-resistant cancer [PDF]
Preclinical studies indicating that conjugated isomers of linoleic acid suppress mitosis, restore apoptosis, induce differentiation and suppress angiogenesis in animal models of cancer formed the rationale for an in vitro investigation of their potential

Antimicrobial resistance caused by Gram‐negative bacteria remains difficult to overcome due to the protective outer membrane. To address this challenge, a multi‐condition constrained generative AI framework, GenMTAMP is proposed for de novo membrane‐targeting antimicrobial peptide design by integrating physicochemical and spatial structure descriptors.
