High‐Throughput Optical Identification and Statistical Analysis of Atomically Thin Semiconductors
We report a fully automated approach to identify transition metal dichalcogenide monolayers using photoluminescence microscopy. Our methodology reduces manual effort by a factor of 10000 and enables us to analyze more than 2400 monolayers and bilayers of WSe2, MoSe2, and MoS2.
