Coformality around fibrations and cofibrations

open access: yesHomology, Homotopy and Applications, 2023
We show that in a fibration the coformality of the base space implies the coformality of the total space under reasonable conditions, and these conditions can not be weakened. The result is partially dual to the classical work of Lupton \cite{Lup} on the formality within a fibration. Our result has two applications.

Trapping virtual pores by crystal retro-engineering [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
Stable guest-free porous molecular crystals are uncommon. By contrast, organic molecular crystals with guest-occupied cavities are frequently observed, but these cavities tend to be unstable and collapse on removal of the guests—this feature has been ...

Cocrystal formation by Ionic liquid-assisted grinding: Case study with cocrystals of caffeine [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
iquid assisted grinding using imidazolium-based ionic liquids (IL-AG) was found to be effective in isolation of cocrystals and cocrystal polymorphs. Isolation of specific polymorphs of caffeine–citric acid (CAF–CA) and caffeine–glutaric acid (CAF–GLU ...
