UBE2D4 Upregulation Promotes Cuproptosis Sensitivity in Colorectal Cancer
UBE2D4 is genetically upregulated in colorectal cancer and its expression status modulates copper‐induced cuproptosis sensitivity. Copper overload induces UBE2D4 and DLAT expression; UBE2D4 knockdown attenuates DLAT induction and rescues cell viability, suggesting UBE2D4 as a genetic determinant of cuproptosis sensitivity and a potential stratification
