Biochemical characterization and tissue distribution of hamster complement C1s
The Journal of Immunology, 1991Abstract Several mAb (PG11, NG7, and ED4) against hamster complement C1s were obtained. PG11 and NG7 were shown to cross-react with human and rat C1s. Complement Components, C1 Activation and Disease Activity in SLE
International Archives of Allergy and Immunology, 1983Laboratory parameters were studied in 8 systemic lupus erythematosus patients during periods of high and low disease activity, mainly as defined by clinical criteria. Renal manifestations were present in 6 patients 5 of which showed antibodies to native DNA. C-reactive protein was raised in 3 patients.
