Ciclopirox Olamine Inhibits the NLRP3 Inflammasome to Alleviate Inflammatory Diseases
There is no drug targeting the NLRP3 inflammasome that has been approved for use in clinical settings. Ciclopirox olamine (CPX), an antifungal agent approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), is identified as a specific and potent NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor. CPX targets the NACHT domain of NLRP3 at Y381 to impair NLRP3 oligomerization and

Pseudorabies virus (PRV), an emerging zoonotic α‐herpesvirus, causes life‐threatening human encephalitis. We identified a broad‐spectrum neutralizing antibody 6F7 targeting PRV gD. It blocks gD‐Nectin‐1 binding and membrane fusion, inhibiting replication across all PRV variants, representing a promising candidate for anti‐PRV therapy.

The Effectiveness of Concept Cartoons to Enhance Conceptual Understanding of Kinematic Concepts
Understanding kinematic concepts is essential for students to develop a strong foundation in physics and to appreciate the basic principles of nature. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of concept cartoons in enhancing the conceptual understanding of kinematic concepts among students. This research is an experimental study using a pretest-

A Lipid‐Conjugation Strategy for Intracellular Reactive Oxygen Species Control in Hepatic Cells
A lipid conjugation strategy anchors a manganese Salen complex within phospholipid membranes, yielding stable, catalytically active liposomes. These lipid–metal assemblies efficiently degrade reactive oxygen species (ROS) and enable intracellular redox control in steatotic HepaRG cells, offering a precise route to biomimetic antioxidant design ...

NAT10‐Mediated ac4C Modification of circANKRD12 Reprograms the Tumor Microenvironment
NAT10‐dependent acetylation of circANKRD12 drives translation of the circANKRD12_354aa protein, which binds HDAC2 to stabilize c‐Myc via deubiquitination, promoting multiple myeloma (MM) cell proliferation. Concurrently, the circANKRD12‐HDAC2 axis suppresses H3ac‐mediated transcription of IFN‐γ, TNF‐α, and GZMB in NK cells, leading to NK cell ...
