Discrete Adaptive Control Allocation [PDF]

open access: yes2021 American Control Conference (ACC), 2021
The main purpose of a control allocator is to distribute a total control effort among redundant actuators. This paper proposes a discrete adaptive control allocator for over-actuated sampled-data systems in the presence of actuator uncertainty. The proposed method does not require uncertainty estimation or persistency of excitation.

Control Allocation Design for Torpedo-Like Underwater Vehicles with Multiple Actuators

open access: yesActuators, 2022
For solving the transformation problem between the desired nonlinear control laws and installed actuators’ input commands of torpedo-like underwater vehicles, one closed-form control allocation method is proposed in this article.

Nonlinear Comprehensive Decoupling Controller Based on Direct Lift Control for Carrier Landing

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2022
In this study, the direct lift control (DLC) method was introduced into the carrier landing control law. Characterized by quick response and high accuracy, the DLC method can help us overcome the “backhoe” character, reduce the pilot’

Comparative Study on Coordinated Control of Path Tracking and Vehicle Stability for Autonomous Vehicles on Low-Friction Roads

open access: yesActuators, 2023
This paper presents a comparative study on coordinated control of path tracking and vehicle stability for autonomous vehicles on low-friction roads. Generally, a path-tracking controller designed on high-friction roads cannot provide good performance ...
